At Campus Union, we are committed to providing transparent and reliable services to all students enrolling in our undergraduate (UG), postgraduate (PG), doctoral, and professional certification programs in collaboration with national and international universities.

Before making any payment for enrollment, students are strongly advised to carefully review the program details, eligibility criteria, and admission requirements.

1. No Refund Policy

Once a student has completed the enrollment process and payment has been successfully processed, the enrollment fee and any related payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.

By completing the payment, the student acknowledges and agrees to this No Refund Policy.

2. Reason for Non-Refundable Policy

Campus Union maintains a strict no refund policy after enrollment due to the following operational and academic processes:

Program Registration Costs

Upon enrollment confirmation, the student’s details are immediately registered with the partner university or academic institution, which initiates the admission process.

Academic Resource Allocation

After confirmation, study materials, academic resources, digital learning access, and administrative support are allocated specifically for the enrolled student.

Institutional Processing Fees

A portion of the enrollment fee is used to cover administrative processing, documentation verification, academic onboarding, and university coordination costs, which are incurred once the student confirms enrollment.

Reserved Academic Seat

Enrollment secures a dedicated seat in the academic program, preventing that seat from being offered to other applicants.

Due to these commitments and expenses, refunds cannot be processed once the enrollment is confirmed.

Students are advised to:

Campus Union generally does not provide refunds after enrollment. However, in rare cases involving technical payment errors such as duplicate payments, the matter may be reviewed and addressed accordingly.
